1. Custom-Made Videos

These are personalized videos created specifically for each customer.
No refund or exchange is provided after the order is placed.
Each custom-made video includes up to 3 revisions. Any changes requested after the third revision will be subject to additional charges.

2. Personalized Pre-Designed Videos

These include ready-made templates with limited personalization.
All purchases are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, even if the final file has not yet been delivered.
Each personalized pre-designed video includes 1 revision. Additional revisions beyond the first will incur extra charges.

3. Video Template Projects

These include downloadable or editable template files (such as After Effects, Canva, or Premiere Pro projects).
Due to the instant access nature of these digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable.
