• Custom-made videos: Refunds are not available for custom-made videos. Once a video has been started, it cannot be stopped or reversed.
• Pre-designed videos: Refunds are available for pre-designed videos within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given. However, we may review the reason for the refund and may grant a refund if the reason is deemed valid.
• Video template projects: Refunds are available for video template projects within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given. However, we may review the reason for the refund and may grant a refund if the reason is deemed valid.
